The interpolated method uses bilinear interpolation where all required published table corners exist. The conservative method uses the lowest of the same surrounding published corner values. This is a comparison method for evaluation, not a claim that either method is approved for operational use. Verify the interpolation and conservative selection methods against your current approved operating procedure and controlled QRH before any operational use.
The supplied QRH page states that the base table is based on anti-ice OFF; anti-ice adjustments are applied separately. The 18,300 kg reduction applies only when icing conditions occurred during any part of the flight and forecast landing temperature is at or below 10°C.
